"Free sunlight forever!" say the makers of the Sun Jar, an energy efficient light housed in a standard jam jar. Put it outside all day, and enough current will be collected in a solar cell to power a rechargeable battery and three LED lamps for about five hours. Designed by Tobias Wong for Suck UK, it has no visible controls and a sensor will activate the light when it gets dark. The sunlight effect is produced by the frosted glass.
